Flamboyant Cottage has the following amenities:

  • Sleeping arrangements for 2-4 people as follows:

    • Master bedroom with queen bed and full ensuite bath

    • Second bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with stall shower

  • Fully equipped kitchen with propane stove & oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

  • Living room with wall-mounted flat screen cable TV and iPod player

  • WiFi internet access

  • Mobile phone for guest use

  • Softwood floors throughout

  • Ceiling fans in living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms

  • Outdoor dining gazebo with rope lighting and teak dining furniture

  • Tiled terraces and 10' x 20' private pool and terrace furniture

  • Private and quiet, yet only a short walking distance to Windwardside and groceries, shopping, and restaurants.

  • Spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of Statia, St. Kitts, and Nevis. On a really clear morning you may catch a glimpse of Montserrat.

  • Air conditioning is installed in the master bedroom and second bedroom in the form of window units sufficient to cool each bedroom. Note: We find that the cottage is cool with the trade winds, and that instead of needing air conditioning, we sometimes need light blankets at night.

Important Details

  • Maximum occupancy is four (4) people.

  • No children under 12 years of age.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • We have a strict no smoking policy.
